Vizyon Concentrated Paste 1kg – Pistachio
These concentrated pastes from Vizyon are perfect to add colour and taste to your pastries, bakery products, cakes, cookies and other baked goodies. But it can also be added to ice cream, gelato, cream and whipping cream.
Add 40g - 80g of Vizyon concentrated paste per 1kg of product. Direct use is not suitable, due to being super concentrated.

Unfortunately it doesn’t taste as good as I expected.
After i mix it with thickened cream, I can still see some green dots which can not be diluted, then the bright green colour from those dots starting to disperse when i kept it in the fridge for a day.

As discussed with you on numerous occasions the green dots you see are actually tiny ground pieces of real pistachio, which cannot be diluted as nuts cannot be diluted.
Great product with a versatile use case
Paste Pistachio Is test very good and I good price.
We're using the pistachio paste (with some crushed Persian pistachios for texture) in our cakes and it's divine in flavour!
